Our seminar/workshop includes interactive sessions, lectures, audio-visual presentations and role play which will equip participants with practical, measurable skills which can be applied immediately within the context of your respective work environments. Participants will receive written as well as practical exercises and relevant handouts and work books. On successful completion of the programme, all participants will also receive a certificate of participation.
